SERVICE
INITIATES WITH RECEIVAL IN THE CITIES OF LETICIA, TABATINGA AND/OR SANTA
ROSA AND ENDS WITH DELIVERY IN THE AFOREMENTIONED CITIES

Validity:
As from the 2st. og April, 2.008 until the submittance
of new rulings and/or conditions. |
| 2.0. |
Supplies
and services rendered (* = not necesarily included in all the quoted rates):
| 2.1. |
Receival
of the guest(s)/visitor(s) at the airports or hotels of the
aforementioned cities, acompanying them through the compulsory
emigration process for Colombia/Peru and inmigration process
for Brazilian authorities(*) (mandatory by law for all none-brasilian
guest(s)/visitor(s). None fullfilling of this law may result
in sanctions and fines, which run solely to the responsability/account
of each affected guest/visitor) and all taxi-services from/to
the cities from/to the river-port(s). |

All
requiered transports on water and on land from/to the departing
places and from/to the Reserva Natural Palmari (*), as
well as all activities and entertainment undertakings according
to the chapter "Activities". |
| 2.3. |
Full
lodging and catering, including alcoholic beverages and others,
according to the chapter "Lodging
and catering". |
| 2.4 |
Supply
of eco-soap, eco-shampoo, bed- and hamocknettings, towels
plus the usual bedclothing and linnen, hammocks and all implements
according to the chapter "Lodging
and catering". All requiered gear and equipment needed
to acomplish the activities and entertainment undertakings
according to the chapter "Activities". Not included
are specialized sport-fishing gear, scuba and/or snorkeling
gear, waterskiing gear and binoculars, which must be provided
by the guest/visitor. |

Attendance
by the organization´s personell towards tidyness of
the rooms and private bathrooms, catering & bar service
at the areas of the restaurant, bar and terraces, as well
as the supply of boat pilots, sport-fishing and guides, canoe
and kayak rowers, as well as helping hands for any other requirement. |
| 2.6. |
Presence
of natural pools, "spa", natural sand beaches (low
water season only), marked and un-marked trails, open lakes,
oxbow lakes, wetlands and marshes, children´s playground,
various table games and other facilities and installations,
according to the chapter "Activities". |

| 3.0. |
Money
refunds will only be considered for withdrawl or changes made to
a reservation in amounts of 50% for advisals before 10 days of initiation
of the reservation, 25% during the mentioned 10 day period and no
refunds will be made for "no-shows" and/or visitors deciding
to leave the Reserva Natural Palmari prior to the end of
the original reservation. |
| 4.0. |
Should
the incoming airline cancel the flight, the Reserva Natural
Palmari will move forward the relevant reservation, as far
as possible and without affecting other future reservations. Should
the reservation be definitely cancelled, the Reserva Natural
Palmari will refund 50% of the total reservation amount les
taxes. |
| 5.0. |
Visitors,
which decide to shorten their stay at the Reserva Natural Palmari
for any reason whatsoever will be transferred to Tabatinga/Leticia
only if a transportation has been contracted priorly for that desired
day and if it holds enough space for these additional visitors.
Otherwise, the Reserva Natural Palmari will transport these
visitors only to Atalaia do Norte from where they can contract their
further transportation on their own account and risk. |

Any
service/topic/request not included in the present web page is to
be understood as not integrated/not included in the services rendered
by the Reserva Natural Palmari. |

Reserva Natural Palmari is not responsable and will not
reimburse any expense related to any loss/ theft or similar of personal
objects belonging to our guests and/or accidents occurring during
the stay at the Reserva Natural Palmari and/or sickness
diagnosed during or after the visit to the Reserva Natural Palmari. |
